I LOVE NATURAL LIFE, but I do not like using the app for shopping because it doesn't up date the prices when you click on the differenct selections. Ex: if Im shopping on the main pg & click on an item opening details pg, then click on the various choices from that page, the price never changes, so you never know how much the item is. SUPER ANNOYING! Also, if you select a different choice, it will only add the item you clicked on from the main page. Not a fun shopping experience.

App is more "Pretty" vs. Substance. App keeps crashing, so we have to start over and re-open the app. There is little to no information on product material, care, or any useful information to make an informed decision, etc... For example, it doesn't provide material description of clothing or it only shows one side of quilts, isn't clear if design is on both sides, this information isn't in product description either. Some links also weren't available when accessing from a different page.

Oddly, the log in is the most annoying part. If you don't enter the right info it just pops you back to where you were, with no other indicator that it didn't work. It does the same thing when you set up an account, nothing saying you'll be getting an email to confirm your account. Nothing saying anything, it just drops you back where you were. Aside from that I spend hours cruising the website through the app. They have wonderful stuff, a huge variety, great descriptions & measurements.
